Returns & Exchanges

At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Larroudé box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
